I adore that Columbine! Last year it didn't bloom and I was so upset! It's an Aquilegia viridiflora 'Chocolate Soldier.' I grew it from seed about 3 years ago and it is quite a bit more sensitive than others I have here and there.
I pulled up some plants from the basement today and it looks like I have some more hard-to-find ones coming along this year. I cannot wait to see what they look like!
