During a very dark time in my life I chose a path that I felt would make things better for me. I started another blog about my life "in Ikebana".
I decided to make daily Ikebana arrangements in an effort to find my center again.
All I can say now is that it worked and I found so much more along the way.
Looking at these now, I laugh at how complicated and inelegant many of the arrangements are but at that time I was very fogging inside of my heart, soul, and mind. I was trying to find my way back.
Soon, I'll have to think about how to do this again. I very much miss practicing Ikebana as a spiritual practice. Being connected to nature is the best medicine for so many of us.
Enjoy.
